The Vaisala Humidity & Temperature Transmitter HMT363 is a high-performance instrumentation device certified for safe operation directly inside high-risk, explosive environments. Utilizing proprietary HUMICAP thin-film polymer capacitive sensor technology, it delivers exceptional accuracy, negligible hysteresis, and long-term calibration stability. It simultaneously monitors relative humidity and temperature while outputting calculated parameters such as dew point, mixing ratio, absolute humidity, and wet bulb temperature. The hardware incorporates two 4 to 20 mA loop-powered analog outputs alongside an optional graphical LCD display for configuration adjustments. Engineered specifically with an interchangeable, small-profile remote probe, the transmitter is optimised for tight, confined spaces and duct-mounted setups. Common global applications include monitoring industrial HVAC ducts, gas turbine inlet air, anti-icing systems, and petrochemical processing facilities.
