Please do not send an item back until your return has been registered and you have received the appropriate return instructions.

30-Day Returns

Returns can be requested within 30 days in line with our returns policy and your statutory rights.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, has arrived damaged, is not as described or you have received the wrong item, select the appropriate reason when starting your return. This helps us deal with your request correctly.

How to Start a Return

1. Open the Pro-AVIT returns portal.
2. Enter the requested order details.
3. Select the item and reason for return.
4. Follow the instructions shown for your return.
