Delivery Information

Pro-AVIT dispatches orders from our UK operation in Arborfield, Berkshire. We aim to pack and dispatch orders quickly, using suitable packaging for refurbished AV, IT, networking, server and specialist technology equipment.

UK Delivery

Most standard UK orders are sent using tracked courier or postal services. Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout where available.

Large, Heavy or Fragile Items

Some items may require specialist packing, pallet delivery or collection due to size, weight or fragility. Where this applies, the listing or checkout information should make this clear. If you are unsure before ordering, contact us and we can confirm the best delivery option.

Collection

Collection may be available by prior arrangement from Tech Recycle, Bridge Farm, Reading Road, Arborfield, Berkshire, RG2 9HT. Please contact us before travelling, as collections must be arranged in advance.

International Delivery

Some items may be available for delivery outside the UK depending on size, weight, courier availability and destination. International delivery options may vary by product.

Dispatch Times

Our normal working hours are Monday to Thursday 09:00–16:00 and Friday 09:00–12:00. Orders placed outside these hours will be handled on the next working day.
