Delivery Information

Pro-AVIT dispatches orders from our UK operation in Arborfield, Berkshire. We aim to pack and dispatch orders promptly using suitable packaging for refurbished AV, IT, networking, server and specialist technology equipment.

UK Delivery

Most standard UK orders are sent using tracked courier or postal services. The delivery services, estimated delivery times and charges available for your order will be shown at checkout.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

Orders are processed during our normal working hours:

Monday–Thursday: 09:00–16:00
Friday: 09:00–12:00

Orders placed outside these hours, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Large, Heavy or Fragile Items

Some products require specialist packing, pallet delivery or collection because of their size, weight or fragility. Where a specialist delivery method applies, the relevant delivery option or charge will be shown with the product or at checkout.

If you are unsure whether an item requires pallet or specialist delivery, please contact us before ordering.

Collection may be available by prior arrangement from:

Please contact us before travelling. Collections must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

International Delivery

Some products may be available for delivery outside the UK depending on the destination, product size and weight, and available courier services.

International delivery availability and charges may therefore vary by product and destination. Please check the options available at checkout or contact us before ordering if you need confirmation.

Delivery Delays

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates. Occasionally delays can occur after an order has been dispatched due to courier networks, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived when expected, please contact us and we will help you check its delivery status.
